The Service and Parts Department at Woodard Marine would like to thank you for choosing Woodard Marine as your service center!  We would like you to relax and know that your boat and motor are in good hands.  The service department at Woodard Marine is very proud of their reputation, and rightfully so, as they have a customer satisfaction rating of greater than 99% (NMMA 2006 Q4 Mercury and Honda). 

Not only is your boat and motor being serviced by a factory trained technician, but also by a 5 Star Certified Marine Dealership, and a Mercury Mercruiser Platinum Dealer.  What does this mean for you?  While being a factory-trained technician is no small feet, not all dealerships are able to achieve a 5 Star Certified rating or a Platinum rating.  Woodard Marine is inspected yearly and the service department is monitored closely by industry leaders and industry standards for efficiency and integrity.  These ratings ensure that your boat and engine will be serviced timely and efficiently, while being serviced by some of the industry’s most knowledgeable technicians.

Scheduling Service

Woodard Marine’s Service department offers a variety of services from engine maintenance and repair, to boat detailing, custom canvas shop, Fiberglass and Gelcoat, Hull Repair, and many more!

Regular maintenance is important to assure a worry-free boating season, and also a better resale value for your boat and engine.  Attached you will find one of our service maintenance schedules.  At Woodard Marine scheduling service is as easy as a phone call or email.  Contact us or stop in with your boat or engine by land or water anytime.  If you can not come to us with your boat, we make house calls!  Our service department will put you in their schedule and give you an approximate completion date.  Our motto is “In on Monday out by Friday”.  This ensures you will be out on the water for the weekend to enjoy your time with family and friends. We will do our best to deliver our promise, but sometimes an engine or boat may take longer than expected.

100% Satisfaction

Woodard Marine strives to deliver 100% satisfaction. After the service on your boat and motor has been completed, you will notice a plastic hanger on your steering wheel, engine handle, or trailer.  Please take a moment to read this hanger, and we encourage you to fill out our Service Survey.  We love to hear what our customers are saying about us!  By filling out the survey it will enter you into our monthly drawing for a $25 Gift Certificate to Woodard Marine.  If your engine visited Woodard Marine for warranty work, you will also receive a survey from your engine manufacturer.  This survey is very important to us.  If at anytime you feel you cannot give us a “completely satisfied” rating on this survey, please give us a call before sending the survey in the mail so that we can help you with any questions or concerns.    Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
